Laser Hair Removal

Laser hair removal is a medical procedure where an intense, pulsating beam of light is used to remove unwanted hair.  The laser works by targeting dark pigment, called melanin, in the hair bulb.  When the light beam hits the hair bulb (where hair growth begins) the intense heat destroys the follicle completely.  Hair grows in different phases so multiple treatments are necessary in destroy hair follicles that grow in different intervals.
